What "breach"!?  A poorly informed hack writer in a posting to a blog (the
paradigm of responsibly peer-reviewed media) carelessly referred to a
routine (but fairly uncommon) procedure as a "hack".  Through the magic
of rumor, mostly in these lists, this has escalated to a threat to national
security.  Give us a freaking break!

(I truly hope I'm overlooking some intended sarcasm.)
