Caps mode is saved in the edit profile. To override the automatic setting of
caps mode, you can include the CAPS command in an initial macro.
And I'm curious: How does CAPS behave in non-Latin alphabets,
which ISPF supports, such as русский, Ελληνικάm, and even UTF-8.
1. Initial macro is *not* the same as profile setting, i.e. CAPS OFF LOCK.
2. ISPF supports polish diacritic character case change.
ĄĆĘŁŃÓŚŻŹ->ąćęłńóśżź. You need to change terminal type to 15. I did not
experiment with other languages, despite I can read russian and greek (a
little bit).
