The PDF collection for z/OSV2R5 had a table of contents that seems to be
missing in the new one.

OK. The TNLs provided a timely notice, unlike the Summary of Changes.

I've submitted various Feedbacks (ineffective RCFs) on:
<https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos/3.1.0?topic=documentation-pdf-files-zos-310-library>

o the Indexed PDF/PDX Collection hasn't been updated since December 2024
  whereas the Listing of z/OS 3.1 Publications (PDF and HTML) contains 133
newer PDFs.

o Neither the HtTP headers nor the .zip index contains valid timestamps. I
suspect
  everything was coped from pubs to web without preserving metadata. I can find
  "what's new" only by downloading everything and inspecting dates within PDFs.
  (I have scripts for that.)
