One thing you could try is to report on the LE storage usage. As a side note you could also display the LE runtime options.
PARM='RPTSTG(ON),RPTOPTS(ON)/' Or PARM='/RPTOPTS(ON),RPTSTG(ON)' The position of the "/" related to the LE options depends on what your shop has setup. I don't know if the module(s) needed to run the reports are already in memory so you might not get the needed info if LE can't load the needed module(s).
