Was't the 2560 known as "Mother Fletcher's Card Mangler?"

It has been a long time since I tossed card decks for sorting.....

The 360/20 used a 2415 generally. 2 very mechanical drives in one enclosure. And the infamous 2560 MFCM .

My first contact with an IBM computer was a 1401...we got a 360-20 after... if I remember the correct model.

A 729 was the tape device for a 7080/7090/7094. 1410 too IIRC.

Watch Nighthawks with Sly Stallone sometime. 360/30 and 2401's in that,
and a 1403/2540. Not seen much but it's there. I set them up.

ITYM a card sorter. Later on a 727, or a 729 if you're lucky.
