Even though TCP/IP is fully initialized at EZB6473I according to the FM (which
comes out right before EZAIN11I), for 2 seconds I probably wouldn't spend
my time looking into this even on a supported system.  Just change the
"TCPIP IS UP" verification message or trigger for this task to be EZD1176I
and be done with it.   Bigger fish to fry....
