And I almost miss the Search Key and Data CCW. On 3330s and earlier (or
3350 and earlier on Memorex) one could use a search command for data,
and use x'FF' as a don't care byte. Just for fun (i.e., educational
purposes), I wrote a quick EDIT program that used unblocked records, and
searched on column 73-80; it was horribly inefficient, tied up the
channel, and was useless for practical applications.
