Why not an enhancement to IEBCOPY. DRY.
But what about ISPF LM services in batch? Is the COPY/MOVE
utility readily available that way? And doesn't ISPF nowadays
employ IEBCOPY for copying. (I find some 30-year samples
suggesting that SPFCOPY exist{s|ed} as an interface to IEBCOPY).
