For that, 1. Create HLQ.COBLIB.PDSE, 2. Copy everything from HLQ.COBLIB (PDS), 3. Compiles should link edit into both libraries. 4. Test with the new library. 5. Verify HLQ.COBLIB and HLQ.COBLIB.PDSE have the same members and contents (date time stamp). 5. Shutdown everything. 6. Rename HLQ.COBLIB to HLQ.COBLIB.PDS 7. Rename HLQ.COBLIB.PDSE to HLQ.COBLIB. 8. IPL (or just restart applications). 9. Compiles should stop linkediting into both libraries. 10. Migrate HLQ.COBLIB.PDS.
