the healthcare.gov fiasco is actually the work of a radical Tea Party
splinter group, aka
the Mad Hatters (or Nutters for short). Apparently they've hired a
Russian cyber criminal gang to launch a massive DDoS attack on the
site, crippling it and causing
massive embarrassment to Obama administration :).
