Hi, The problem with 2000 bytes is that we have no control over the number of steps in their jobs, and therefore the amount of text that "could" be necessary.
I have handled the HTML/TEXT email stuff, currently I build both parts of the email, and send it, unless the client site has specified "NOHTML", in which case the HTML part is left off.
