Yes, the cost of SMS text for some people is an issue that some of the beta test people have complained about. They love getting the email and would really like to also get the SMS text, but some of them have to pay 20 cents per message, so it can get quite expensive.
Unfortunately, we can't do anything about their cost for the SMS text, that's between them and their cell carrier, and we have actually been asked about generating a verbal call. It sounds interesting, but I'm not sure we can do it from the mainframe, and I doubt that a site would really want all of their job codes routed through us to translate it on a server into a verbal call. I know we could even route it through the GOOGLE GMAIL interface (and the sites can as well), but that's pretty hokey.
