In the case in which the person controlling the process has no access
other than FTP to one or both of the mainframes, none of the suggestions
work: not FTP of load module, not TRANSMIT, not TRSMAIN.  Other vendors
of idiosyncratic data formats have chosen to provide such function in their
FTP servers; IBM has not.  I consider it a bad business decision to make
the IBM® mainframe less accessible in this fashion.
