Still not right; we both had it wrong. From z/OS TSO/E REXX Reference,
SA22-7790-08:
2.5.9.2 The LINKMVS and ATTCHMVS host command environments
For the LINKMVS and ATTCHMVS environments, you can pass multiple
parameters to the program.
