VTAM offers whatever you define; ISPF may impose some restrictions.
Does your 3270 simulator support negotiated BIND? Read Partition
Query? Explicit Partitions?
I used to run a 3180 with a primary of 42x80 and a secondary of
27x132; ISPSF handled it with no problems.
