All, I have been told that I can swap 3590 E11 tape drives for my 3590 B11 tape drives and a 3590 A60 control unit for my 3590 A50 control unit with no changes and these devices would be supported. Has anyone done this and if so were there config changes required in control unit or elsewhere?

I was told they would be unsupported in 2 months. I will have to double check this. Thank you to all who responded. I now have a couple of new vendors who may be able to support them.
