Yes, we also start using BLSJPRMI,SUB=MSTR as IPL time, but I was getting
issue as I mentioned in last email, So I tried starting again manually.

Also default  Proc is

//IEFPROC EXEC PGM=BLSQPRMI,REGION=4096K,TIME=1440
//SYSTSPRT DD DUMMY
//SYSTSIN DD DUMMY

But to test the error I defined

//SYSTSPRT DD DUMMY  to //SYSTSPRT DD SYSOUT=*
