Actually, it's a complicated approach. The simple approach would be to
add support for using shared virtual memory when fetching REFR and
RENT load modules. The support is already there for recognizing that a
main name and an alias name refer to the same module. In neither case
do you need anything like an inode[1].

Now, if you want to support a TSS/360 style PSECT it gets a little
more complicated, but not much.

The hard part is developing a business case that will convince IBM to
do it.
