Wacker Drive that are salaried permanent staff. 2)SHARE members from which the officers are voted. 3)SHARE project leaders that usually selected on their interest and knowledge of particular areas of IBM universe and past participation. 4)IBM Liaison to projects. To help with the interface to various resource within IBM. At the annual meetings their badges are color encoded with ribbons. Membership is voluntary. For the companies I've worked for they found it of good value to know where the trends were and what pieces they needed to concentrate on.
