69% used? That means you have only 2170 megabytes free space. As I
wrote, you need 5,085,091,600 bytes FREE SPACE.
Where, on what directory, do you have this HFS mounted? Does the
package to be unzipped reside in this HFS as well? If so, then you need
an HFS big enough to contain the package files, plus 5085+ megabytes
free space.
