Scott, I suggest that you look at the RACF R_admin (IRRSEQ00) callable service, which can be used to pass commands to and retrieve output from CA Trop Secret Security.
You can use it from a batch assembler program, and you do NOT require a TSO environment, and the overhead that establishing a TSO environment entails. John P.
