The only reformat capability in IECOPY is for load modules.
You could probably do it with the COPY command of TSO Data Set
Utilities: COPY, FORMAT, LIST and MERDE, but I wouldn't trust it
farther than I could throw it. If you are lucky enough to have TSO
Superset Utilities installed, that would probably work better.
IAC, you need to think about how you want to handle sequence numbers
and trailing blanks.
