The TSO TMP, running authorized, has mechanism whereby it can CALL
unauthorized programs safely, even Bobby Badguy's.  I've heard it described;
it struck me as convoluted. I don't know whether that mechanism is available
to programs other than the TMP such as your "X". And it embodies restrictions.

UNIX Systen services fork() runs the target program in a separate address
space. This may not be suitable for you. The Assembler-callable BPX1EXM
may be only slightly closer.
