The doc says that IEBCOPYO is the old IEBCOPY.

Does IEBCOPYO exist on z/OS 2.1?  On my 1.13 system, IEBCOPY is not APF 
authorized, but I have what appears to be an identical module, IEBCOPYO that is 
authorized.

In the past it did because it used EXCP appendages and, I think, did page 
fixing itself. Which required APF authorization. IIRC, z/OS 2.1 totally 
eliminated that and IEBCOPY in z/OS 2.1 is marked AC=0. I know because I just 
now looked.
