Am I correct in my impression that it is basically impossible to LINK to a
copy of a program from a specific library if a program of that name is
already in storage?
The IDENTIFY call allows you to assign an alias to a loaded program.
If you can get the second copy into memory and issue the IDENTIFY
(which assigns the alias name to an offset in the program) doing the
LINK to that name will handle the duplicate name issue.
