In fact, I submitted a batch job: //STEP1 IEFBR14 DISP=OLD //STEP2 IKJEFT01 HMIGRATE STEP1 waited for several hours for all the Browsers to log off. At that point, by good fortune, there were no remaining ENQs and HMIGRATE succeeded.
