Your test cannot be done by limiting the real storage of an individual job. Paging is done by the system in response to the real storage usage of the entire system. If you want to test the Java application is a storage constrained environment, you must make the system storage constraint.
This can be done by CONFIGing some storage offline, which you must have made reconfigurable.
