I believe it is the PRODSUP subentry in the Java 8 PRODUCT entry that
causes the results you see. The PRODSUP subentry indicates that Java 8
supersedes Java 7, therefore, PMA does not consider the Java 7 product
information for the reports.
The PRODSUP for Java 8 seems out of place to me, since, obviously, Java
7 and 8 can both be installed, so 8 does not really supersede 7 in the
typical way we think about supersede.
