Which one? Searches using 'parmlib', 'syntax' 'check' yielded too many hits. Simply because many members are 'demonstrating correct syntax'. TIA. IMNHO - best syntax checkers are two pairs of eyes, good RTFM and a practise IPL on a sandbox. ;-) But I can assure you that some errors [1] may be overlooked - Ages ago, I helped a colleague to do a messy/dirty redo all HASPARMxx members after a major syntax change from one release to another... Took us about two or so IPLs [2] on a sandbox to get it right. Groete / Greetings Elardus Engelbrecht [1] - I hate, for continuation on some languages and parms input, usage of both commas and continuation char on col 79 or somewhere. For Paul G who hates JCL - you can't be too far from //. [2] - Nothing was shared in those years - Today, you can do a simple $P JES2 [if needed], fix from a spare LPAR and S JES2 or a $T command where applicable. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
