The tool available via SPPPACK is primarily intended to help you build a correct LOADxx.
It also lets you do such things as view symbol-substitution effects in parmlib members. It happens to do syntax checking of IEASYSxx (for the most part) and some of the GRS members. I think that's all the syntax checking that is done. Thus it would be misleading to think of this as a parmlib syntax checking tool.
