Hello, AA* PTF must either be already Received, and eventually Applied/Accepted; or it could be Received now along with AC* one and the others. That's why I suggested you to look into your SMPPTFIN dataset if your AA* PTF is there.
Looking on SMPE will tell you if the AA* has been already installed - which doesn't look to be the case as AC* PTF is complaining AA* one is not there anyway...
