I am not able to find, who is holding this device. We are in Sysplex env and from other system, this device is offline. ========================================== And all responses so far have been about Dynamic LINKLIST support. There was one very good post about how LINKLIST and DYNAMIC LINKLIST work. IF THE INTENTION IS TO TAKE OFFLINE A DASD VOLUME USED BY MVS AT IPL FOR A LINKLIST DATASET. Correct your LINKLIST PROGxx members and IPL! Even if you seem to think you have got MVS (MASTER/XCFAS) no longer being allocated to that volume, MASTER still have that original IPL linklist stored with DEB information.
