I love Linux, but my real love is mainframe. I had a senior moment, and I haven't been on mainframe as much as I like to be.
It was SYSPROC that was commonly reallocated by CLIST and Rexx scripts in order to do testing in the right order test/dev/prod or whatever. Not STEPLIB. I think there is a steplib command, but I don't remember when I used it, and that's outside the scope of this.
