Kurt,

I am using FTPS.

Just because I specify deliverycb-bld.dhe.ibm.com doesn't mean that when it
resolves that it is the same:

Connecting to: dispby-117.boulder.ibm.com 170.225.15.117 port: 21

I ran into this with our Firewall weenies and it took a bit of work for them to
get it right.

This may not be exactly as Barb was stating but it is in the ballpark.

Bob

Barbara, I don't understand the problem you are describing. What "popup"?
When I suggest using HTTPS, I am referring to downloading from IBM's servers
direct to your z/OS system. This is done using SMP/E, and SMP/E can use either
FTPS or HTTPS to actually copy the file across the network. There is no web
browser, no UI, no pop-up. Just an SMP/E job.
I was not suggesting using the download links on your Shopz order page, which
downloads the files to your workstation.

Feel free to send me clarifying information off-list if you prefer.
