Yes, apparently there is a problem with the Connectivity Test page.
Sorry about that. I've notified the owners, so hopefully it will get
fixed right away. In any case, in my opinion the important bit of
information found on that page is the <SERVER> bit for the test order
you can download. I'll save others from going to the Connectivity Test
page and just paste it here:

So, read the SMP/E User's Guide chapter
(http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSLTBW_2.2.0/com.ibm.zos.v2r1.gim3000/dsetups.htm),
make updates to your usual SMP/E download job, and paste the <SERVER>
info above into your job to test out your changes.
