http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/e0z3m112.pdf I think the biggest new item is the Jes2 and z/OS simultaneous upgrade. z/OS 1.13 didn't require JES2 to upgrade at same time. z/OSMF is now included instead of separate package.
