A z13s machine configured as a X01 capacity model (where X=A through Z) plus a zIIP is not *exactly* a "uniprocessor" machine. To be precise, that machine would be a uni-CP machine. That machine configuration would actually support up to three processor execution threads in z/OS, depending on the workloads.
If you preferred a two-way processor configuration in the past, pre zIIP/zAAP, then "probably" you will continue to prefer a two-way processor configuration. However, "probably" is not "definitely."
