What sort of server do you have available on Windows? (I used to be able to do this sort of thing with a Cygin server on Windows. The ability vanished a few weeks ago. I suspect the Powers That Be spread a security blanket and my desktop Windows system can no longer open any ports. I'm not asking any questions that might draw attention.)
