It's years since I used DFDSS so this might be a stupid question... Whereas all your INCLUDE & EXCLUDE datasets have the same HLQ, and therefore can be searched for in (I presume) one single user catalog, that last P*.F*.P%%%XXV% is going to need both the system master catalog and perhaps a large number of user catalogs to be searched.
