200 000 KB (or 212264k) isn't "really close" at all. It's about 1/10
what you could probably get. I have:

DEVA> ulimit -a

cpu time          86375    
data size         unlimited

address space     827880k  
memory above bar  10240m   

I must say though, I'm jealous of that 64G memory above the bar. :)
