You're late for several years. ;-)
I think there are serial0inked things you have to restore from your
backup (which you don't have I assume).
I also think you won't get any price from IBM, they'll simply refuse.
Maybe some third party service providers would help, but IMHO it could
be easier to buy working machine, with the laptops.
