This seems to have been refreshed within the last few days. At least the URLs
have changed.
But it still says "4Q2016 update of z/OS V2R2 product documentation now
available", as
earlier. I'll DL and check.

A few minutes ago, that link on the z/OS 2.1 ToC took me to a page with
a list of publications that appears usable. The corresponding link on the
2.2 ToC takes me to a page that invites me to select a HLASM version
from a dropdown list. I can't find a dropdown list.

You're welcome. This is dismayingly viewer-sensitive. Firefox strangles
on the ")". Mail.app (and perhaps other browsers) discard it.
