Which answers the question asked about new functions.  Service can also be
distributed in RELFILE format, but this is highly unconventional.  Catalog
pollution?  Does ACCEPT PURGE clean up relative files?

If you package a ++PROGRAM instream, you need GIMDTS to flatten the
program object.

Is a GIMDTS program object flattened from a UNiX file entirely interchangable
with a GIMDTS program object flattened from a PDSE member?
