SMP/E is a large and complicated product, with nearly 2000 pages of documentation. This is reference documentation, not tutorials. The JCL requirements are documented in the User's Guide. The requirements are complicated, with JCL and DDDEFs, and different DD statements used for different commands. These are documented in the Commands manual.
