Morning - When I purchase my DS8870 several years ago, I purchased it with 3 years of warranty/maintenance. I am coming up to the time to renew. IBM's one year maintenance is about the same price as my original purchase price and three years of warranty. Crazy.
Anyone using a third party provider for support on the IBM DS8870? If so, mind PM'ing me who it is so I can give them a call.
