Not sure that you haven't already done this: Use IPCS active on that system, and use either ip ilrslotc or panel 2.6i. It'll show you exactly which address space paged out anything to aux (to whatever medium). I recall that in a prior life I could see exactly which asid had a lot of frames on aux (MQ, I think). Since we upgraded to the z13 we increased real drastically on all lpars. Recently, we also started using SCM (flash express). The only thing we were baffled by was the fact that we still needed *one* local page data set to satisfy the system. Other than that, we're very happy with SCM (where we already have it active). Now, to tune sort so that it doesn't need 20 Mod54s as sortwrk anymore when SAS wants to sort 1.600.000.000 records.
