In my case the DR procedure is always performed by the youngest (hte
least experienced) operator. It works, but this is mainframe.
For other system a bunch of admins try to perform it and sometimes they
succeed. ;-)
Oh, BTW, we also know how to come back to primary site after it is
rebuilt after real disaster, however that require some of our
administrators to log on and review the jobs.
