"... continuous documentation delivery ..." Huh. Didn't we used to have that with a few little things IBM called TNL's?
For hardcover textbooks they issue "Errata" texts on the bookseller or author's website(s). IBM could do that much, but choose not to. Not sad but dumb, IMHO.
