Russel: The real question you should ask is why should anyone stay with CA-1? I have had many issues over the years and CA-1 support is generally good (not great but good). I have been burned a few times by CA-1 support as well as they have saved my bacon. The real question should be is how is IBM support for RMM? I can’t answer this question, only people that have converted. The secondary issue is that the product is Computer Associates. They have not a great reputation. IBM’s reputation is starting to go down hill, IMO. The I&M of CA-1 has always been. IMO a PITA. I won’t even go into pricing.
