I've just installed 2.3 and neither of those 2 DLIB datasets ended up on a target volume. Mind you I had to do a lot of manipulation of the dataset groups. Life would be so much easier with model 9s or 27s!
SYS1.AUADS is missing here as well. Checking back, it doesn't exist in our 2.1 or 2.2 systems either. I'd be surprised if maintenance was ever applied to UADS, in fact on most of our supported systems the catalogued UADS is not on the sysres and is not the SMPE managed one.
